Trello Attachment Downloader is a Chrome extension that helps you download attachments from Trello cards. We take your privacy seriously and collect minimal data necessary to provide the service.

Data We Collect

When you use Trello Attachment Downloader, we collect:

• Anonymous User ID: A randomly generated identifier stored locally to track your monthly download count.
• Download Count: The number of downloads you've made in the current month.
• License Key: If you upgrade to Pro, we store your license key to verify your subscription.

Data We Do NOT Collect

• Your Trello account information
• Your Trello card contents or attachments
• Your browsing history
• Any personal information (name, email) unless you purchase Pro

How Your Files Are Processed

All file downloads and ZIP creation happen entirely in your browser. Your attachments are never sent to our servers or any third party. The extension fetches files directly from Trello's servers to your browser.

Third-Party Services

We use the following services:

• Cloudflare: To store anonymous usage data (download counts). No personal information is stored.
• Polar.sh: To process Pro subscription payments and manage license keys. When you purchase a Pro subscription, Polar.sh collects your name and email address to process the payment. See Polar.sh's Privacy Policy for details.

Data Use Commitments

• We do not sell or transfer user data to third parties.
• User data is only used for the extension's core functionality (tracking download count and license status).
• User data is not used for advertising, creditworthiness, or any unrelated purposes.

Data Retention

Your anonymous usage data is retained as long as you use the extension. If you uninstall the extension and do not use it for 12 months, we may delete your data.

We may update this policy from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated through the extension or our website.
